Welcome to Kairoo! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By accessing this site, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Kairoo if you do not accept all the terms and services stated on this page.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

2. Bookings and Services

Kairoo is a platform that connects customers to establishments. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by the establishments. Any dispute related to the service itself must be resolved directly with the establishment.

Booking cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of each individual establishment.

3. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post on the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Plans, Upgrades and Downgrades

5.1. Billing Cycle and Upgrades

When opting for a higher plan or increasing the number of slots for workers, the change is processed immediately. A prorated invoice will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. Access to new features is granted instantly.

5.2. Downgrades and Reductions

Any request for a change to a lower plan or reduction in the number of slots does not entitle you to a refund. The change is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, maintaining the current service level until the renewal date.

5.3. Excess Users after Downgrade

If, on the effective date of a downgrade, the number of active profiles exceeds the new limit, management features may be suspended until the User reduces the number of workers to the limits of the new plan.

5.4. Trial Period

During the trial period, the User may upgrade or downgrade freely. These changes are applied immediately and will not generate charges until the end of the trial period.

5.5. Cancellation

The User can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops automatic renewal, with the service remaining active until the end of the already paid period.
